GENERAL TERMS:

Prices depend on how detailed your commission request is.

I have the right to deny/reject orders for any reason.
PAYMENT:

Currency is accepted only in USD for the time being and can be paid through PayPal, Cash app, Apple Pay, or bank transfer.

Commissions will be paid 100% upfront after mock-up approval.

Please do not send me any money before I agree to it and I have sent a request for the finances.
MOCK-UP APPROVAL:

During the creation of the mock-up, I will ask for your approval until you are satisfied with the draft.

I will send you the mock-up, so you know what to expect.

Once the mock-up is firmly approved and I have started the process of your art piece, you cannot change your design preferences. However, if you catch me before I start painting, there is a possibility you can change your preferences.

Keep in mind that the finished art piece won’t look exactly like the mock-up. The draft gives you an accurate representation of what the art piece will look like in the end.
PROCESS & DELIVERY:

The time it takes to finish a commission can range from 1 week - 4 months depending on health, the difficulty of your request, other commission work, and availability of the median of your art pieces.

Once the art piece is complete, I will deliver your art piece through the mail. Note that I am not responsible for any product that is missing in the mail once I deliver the package to the mail and send you the tracking number. I can give you photo evidence of me dropping it off if you wish, feel free to ask.
CANCEL & REFUND POLICY:

The buyer is not allowed to a refund once i start working on your commission.

If for any reason I am unable to begin working on your commission, you will receive a full refund.

If you cancel your order before I buy the median of your art piece, you can get a full refund.

If you are getting a refund, do not send a chargeback request through PayPal/other payment options, I will send the money back myself.

If you send a chargeback request at any point in time when you were not allowed to ask for a refund, I will deny the request and supply PayPal or other finance companies with our conversations. In which we talked about the terms of my commissions, as evidence that I have completed the work for you. You will also be blacklisted from commissioning me again.
